Other tools copy every message and contact into their database. AUTODMs is built the other way round: we keep as little as possible, so there is almost nothing to leak.
We don’t keep your conversations
Messages pass through AUTODMs to run your automations, then they’re gone. Instagram and Messenger chats load live from Meta. WhatsApp chats are kept encrypted for 7 days at most, so your team can reply.
Leads go straight to you
Emails and phone numbers are sent to your own Google Sheet, Shopify, Klaviyo or webhook. We don’t keep a copy unless you turn on “Keep leads”.
The little we keep is encrypted
Connected-account keys, contact IDs and WhatsApp numbers are encrypted with your workspace’s own key. Never sold or used for ads.

Is it safe for my account?
Yes. AUTODMs only uses the official APIs from Meta and TikTok, respects every platform’s messaging rules, and never asks for your password.
Do I need technical skills?
No. Start from a template, edit the text and publish. The visual flow builder is there when you want to go further.
Which Instagram accounts work?
Instagram Business and Creator accounts. Personal accounts can switch for free in the Instagram app.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes one account, unlimited contacts, 1,000 DMs a month, three live automations and Follow Gate, with no credit card required.
Do you store my customers’ messages?
No. Messages are processed to run your automations and then discarded. Live Chat loads conversations live from the platform, and leads are sent to your own tools. We only keep what we need to run your account, encrypted, on EU servers.
