Terms of Service

1. The service

AUTODMs lets you connect messaging channels such as Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger and TikTok, build automations, reply to contacts from a shared inbox and use AI-assisted replies. Features depend on your plan and on what each platform allows.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and give accurate information.
• Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including your team members’.
• Tell us right away at support@autodms.com if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to follow the rules of every platform you connect, including the Meta Platform Terms, Instagram Community Guidelines, WhatsApp Business and Commerce policies, and TikTok’s terms. You must not use AUTODMs to:

• send spam or messages people did not agree to receive;
• mislead people, impersonate others or collect data under false pretences;
• send illegal, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit content, or promote products the platforms forbid;
• get around platform limits, messaging windows or opt-out requests;
• interfere with or reverse engineer the service.

We may suspend automations or accounts that break these rules or put platform access at risk.

4. Your content and contacts’ data

You keep ownership of your content and your contacts’ data. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to message your contacts and for telling them how you use their data. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

5. AI features

AI replies are generated automatically and may sometimes be wrong. You are responsible for the knowledge sources you provide and for reviewing how AI is used in your automations. You can turn AI off at any time.

6. Third-party platforms

AUTODMs depends on APIs provided by Meta, TikTok and others. They may change or limit features, approve or reject access, or charge fees (for example, WhatsApp conversation fees billed by Meta). We are not responsible for their decisions, but we will work to keep AUTODMs compliant and tell you about changes that affect you.

7. Plans and billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. The change applies at your next renewal.
• Taxes are added where required.

8. Our intellectual property

AUTODMs, its software, design and brand belong to us. These terms give you a limited right to use the service while your account is active. Feedback you send us may be used to improve AUTODMs without obligation to you.

9. Ending the agreement

You can delete your workspace at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. After termination, we delete your data as described on our Data Deletion page.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we don’t promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and, for significant changes, notify you at least 30 days before they apply. If you keep using AUTODMs after that, you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where AUTODMs is established (Casablanca, Morocco), unless the law of your country requires otherwise. Questions: legal@autodms.com.
