Can I require people to follow me?

You can ask, but Instagram’s API can’t reliably check who follows you, so AUTODMs doesn’t gate entries on it.

How is the winner chosen?

AUTODMs picks one at random from contacts with your giveaway tag. You can re-draw if a winner doesn’t reply.
